Anthony has a wide range of market experience including all aspects of construction, residential and commercial development, manufacturing, distribution, sales, food services, animal husbandry and more. Anthony's specialized approach has proven to improve employee retention, overall culture, communications, streamline processes, resulting in a more satisfying and profitable experience for all stake holders.

Anthony has successfully negotiated contracts with several top fifteen pharmaceutical companies and been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in assets at various stages of his career. He has built teams who have successfully managed hundreds of employees, subcontractors, multiple verticals, and is a founding member of a successful Charlotte based non-profit. Always propelled by the success of those he has mentored, Anthony has ventured into the advisory/consulting world, teaching communication, leadership, team building, and purpose driven solutions to all industries.
